CHALLENGE:
Leading up to the holiday season, renowned advertising agency DDB and their client, McDonald’s, prepared for an influx in social listening and reporting needs. They needed a knowledgeable capacity partner to hit the ground running within a 4-month timeframe to provide insights and improvements for ten holiday retail programs and products.
APPROACH:
FLAVVRR collaborated with DDB and McDonald’s teams to set up conversation monitoring for its delivery, value, and special event programs. We used Sprinklr, the corporation’s social listening and analytics partner to analyze branded conversations and report performance weekly.
